• No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification. • The winners of the competition will be announced on social media via Visit Inverness Loch Ness social channels and will subsequently be announced on the website. We will contact the winner by phone - please be aware that we will NOT send any private messages or links on social media, be aware of competition scams!
• Competition winners must come forward to claim their prize. In the event of a prize going unclaimed for more than 28 days after notification, Visit Inverness Loch Ness may, at its discretion, declare the prize unclaimed and no longer valid, and draw a new winner. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded.
• The winner(s) of the competition agrees to have their name and their city/town of residence published and to whatever publicity Visit Inverness Loch Ness deems relevant.
• The prize is not transferable to another person.

• The prize is boat hire for up to 6 people for 7 Nights, Starting location Inverness.
• The type of vessel may vary subject to availability.
• Booking and holiday must take place in the 2024 cruising season that ends 26th October 2024.
• Fuel costs will be payable by the winner to Caley Cruisers, this cost is approximately £30.00 a day.
• Any optional extras are payable on departure.
• Travel to and from the boat hire is not included in the prize package.
• No cash alternative or transfer available.
Full Terms and Conditions for The Loch Ness Centre prize
• The prize is for entry to the Loch Ness Centre for up to 6 people.
• The tour must be booked online in advance using a voucher code that will be given to the winner.
• Tour times are subject to availability

• The prize is for a half day guided activity during your holiday for up to 6 people.
• This can be for any of the following activities :
o Canoeing on Loch ness
o Hiking/Walking

Exploring Loch Ness on the water
With this amazing holiday you would be able to explore Loch Ness and the surrounding area on the waterways including Loch Ness which is 23.7 miles long and the Caledonian Canal that joins the loch at either end. The Caledonian Canal is approximately 60 miles (50 nautical miles) in length, of which 22 miles are man made, the remainder being formed by natural fresh water lochs. There are 29 locks and 11 bridges along the waterway, all of which are operated for you by Scottish Canals' staff.
