Dolphin Spirit

The Cruiser, Dolphin Spirit is a comfortable catamaran and carries up to 69 passengers on 2 decks.

We hope to see not only dolphins but seals, otters and a variety of seabirds during the trip.

Our onboard commentary will keep you fully informed about the animals you might see, along with tales of history and folklore too. The guide can also answer any questions you may have.

The boat leaves at 10:30, 13:30 and 16:00 from April to Octoberand the trip lasts approximatly 2 hours.

Our RIB, Dolphin Mischief, is a 12 seater Rigid Inflatable boat and is a much faster vessel. The boat trip lasts 2 hours and travels much further out through Chanonry and beyond to the sandbanks by Whiteness. 

Waterproof clothing is provided for Mischief but we suggest you come ready for the cold with layers, hats and gloves were possible.

In April, May, June, September and October Mischief leaves at 10:00 and 13:00. In July and August the departure times are 9:30, 12:30 and 15:30.

Both trips offer unapparelled opportunities to go searching for dolphins directly from Inverness.
