Constructed in 1672 from stones salvaged from Cromwell’s fort, this historic building once served as a sanctuary for Jacobite's fleeing the Battle of Culloden. It was used as a sanctuary for fleeing Jacobite's from the battle of Culloden. It is one of the oldest buildings in Inverness and enjoys stunning views of the River Ness and of the Old High Church.
