Pitfaranne Guest House is a Visit Scotland 3 star rated bed and breakfast providing a consistently high standard of accommodation to travellers and within easy walking distance of Inverness town centre, Inverness Castle and the start and end of both the NC500 and the Great Glen Way.

Although located in the city centre the bed and breakfast is in an extremely quiet location with off street parking for cars and motorbikes making it the perfect location to not only explore locally, but also further afield including the North Coast 500, the West Coast, Isle of Skye, Loch Ness and the Highlands of Scotland.

Depending on season prices vary from £40 pppn, if you call owners Maggie or Malcolm they will be happy to discuss options.

On site there are a combination of Twin, Double and Family rooms as well as a one bedroom self catering apartment. We are happy to chat to you about your plans and where possible assist in optimising your stay in Scotland.

When you arrive there are multiple options within a 5 minute walk for coffee shops, eating out or having a relaxing drink, many with outdoor seating, views of the River Ness, the City and the Castle. Maggie and Malcolm look forward to welcoming you to Inverness and Pitfaranne.
